CLEANING FIRE PROTECTION TANKS –

Cleaning fire protection tanks may be more important than you think, over time

sediment builds up on the floor of most tanks, some a lot worse than others.

A thorough inspection that utilizes an underwater camera can determine if there is

enough sediment on the floor of a tank to be a hazard.

More and more safety managers are realizing the importance of keeping FIRE PROTECTION water storage tanks clean.  A few inches of sediment on the floor of the tank can have catastrophic consequences if the rapid use of stored water pulls the sediment into the line and clogs sprinkler heads.
